<description>In February, 1987, the Department of Social Services placed three children, a boy who was 7 years old at the time (“the boy”), and his two sisters (“the girls”) who were 4 years old, in the foster home of Dale and Anita Klassen, after a trial judge found that their biological family was “dysfunctional and likely sexually perverted”.

This is not true.

“after a trial judge found that their biological family was “dysfunctional and likely sexually perverted.”

The children were seriously dysfunctional Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) children. The children were apprehended by the Saskatchewan Department of Social Services as their parents were unable to care for them.

Saskatchewan Department of Social Services was at the time funding seminars on the Ritual Abuse of Children. A special foster home for ritually abused children was opened in Warman, Saskatchewan, just outside of Saskatoon. The foster parents and Saskatoon Police officer, Brian Dueck talked to all three children at their school when the children were at the Dale and Anita Klassen foster home.

The first child, (“the boy)”, was the first child placed in the Thompson Special Foster Home. The rest is history. The Saskatoon-Martinsville Saskatchewan, Satanic Panic.

The Estate of Dennis Kvello (by his personal representative, Diane Kvello), et al. v. Carole Bunko-Ruys, will be the third time the SCC has heard a appeal directly related to ritual abuse and these children.

The Saskatchewan Court of Appeal Judgement, Re: Kvello v. Miazga, is the second dissenting judgement by The Honourable Mr. Justice Vancise. The first is here.
