		<description>With no disrespect to Justice L’Heureux-Dubé&#039;s eminent qualifications intended, the &quot;opinions of the legal community&quot; are not equivalent to &quot;public opinion.&quot; 

Moreover, I&#039;m not convinced Supreme Court judges should be appointed based on the &quot;opinions&quot; of those (such as myself) who, when bored, fill out online surveys multiple times just to see which answers are required to make the survey return different judicial doppelgangers.</description>
