		<description>I&#039;m still examining the article and data but the first thing that pops in to my head is that the article presents a number of correlants but then asks a leading question regarding causation, which cannot be deduced from the statistics alone.  Correlation does not demonstrate causation as any mathematician will tell you.  Determination of causation would require a much more detailed study, very likely involving many specific individuals as well as overall statistics.

As far as I can see the information presented cannot be used to deduce that the justice system is not colour blind.  It cannot be used to deduce that the justice system is colour blind either.  Without further study the information presented cannot answer this question at all.</description>
