		<description>I would not overstate the opinion.  Kennedy ruled, essentially, that sections 203 and 441 of BCRA were vague.  That&#039;s why they were struck down.  Congress has the option and the power to write a better law.  It&#039;s a question of political will.

But, I think any court is within its authority to say that the law needs work and that it will not propagate the impact of poorly written legislation</description>

Hyperbole?  I think so.</description>
